Does Beach Spray Work?

Does beach spray work on thick hair? Or are there any alternatives? If so, where can I find it in Canada?

If you don't know what beach spray is its a spray that basically gives you beach curls/waves.

It worked for me and I don't have thick thick hair but it's not thin either lol but before hand I had to braid it to give it more texture to hold on to you know...kinda confusing.😑 but yeah so if you have pretty straight hair try using it when your hair is a bit damp so you could help it more & scrunch maybe..

It didnt work for me, it just made my hair sticky. I don't know if I used it right though. I have kinda thick hair I guess. My friend uses mine all the time and she really likes it, her hair is really thick.
