Loreal true match gives great coverage (plus it isn't expensive), I always rely on Loreal true match liquid foundation - and to add more coverage if I ever have bad marks I use the physicians formula mineralized foundation (it makes your skin flawless together!), on top - or - the thin lizzy powder foundation on top :)
And if they're really bad you could use concealer too, I like the Revlon concealer :)

And I know some pharmacies cell cremes to help eliminate marks, I'm not sure what they're called though, but if you looked around in a pharmacy I'm sure you'll find something... I thhiinnk there is one called spotner
