I am a blonde I do have blue eyes and I am a bit tanned? please help I don't know what to do because I really want to do it I just don't know what it would look like!!

Maybe try a temporary dye or chalk on the bottom to see if you would like it first! Good luck I'm sure it will come out great. Manic panic makes a great blue as does ion color at Sally's
