@Hailey, I'm in love with it. I've been using it every single day. I watched and read so much on photography, trying to learn it. On manual mode, it is tricky (but doable if you study the exposure triangle) On auto... Well that just makes it a really expensive point-and-shoot camera. If you want to stay in auto and just click for a pic, I definitely don't think a DSLR. There are a lot more cameras that do that and are cheaper. But I absolutely love my nikon d3200. I love that it's so straight forward and easy to figure out. I also love the wifi capability with the WU-1a adapter that goes with it. Allows you to download pics on the spot and take pics on the camera using any apple device
