I agree with the ladies above, go with a colorful top. If it is a short skirt, I would not go with something that has a deep neckline, unless you are going out on the town or something.

Ooo I have that skirt too! I'd pair it with a corset-type bright colored top or a tucked in tank top in any color you prefer :-) For shoes, flat leather or pleather sandals will look gorgeous!
