Use a yellow color corrector and then a high coverage concealer/foundation. Use a stippling motion for best coverage.

If you want to blend it and make it still look natural use bb or cc cream because unlike a concealer or foundation they appear very light so you do not see the obvious bult up makeup. Also your body is usually darker then your face and a bb or cc cream can blend to match skin colour easily.
