Lots of deep conditioning. Leave in conditioner, don't put a lot of heat in it. Your hair just needs some TLC and a break from heavy products and heat.
You also may wanna go get a trim just to get the really bad dead and split ends out.

I don't put heat at all... I do hair masks n all... but there's no such resuts... n trimming jus shortens the length of my hair.

Does straightening improve the texture to some extent?

N its kind of not growing.

You need to cut the split ends off so it will grow. Right now, it sounds like the split ends are splitting up the hair shaft and making it appear as if it isn't growing. To make your hair healthier and grow longer, you have to get the split ends cut off regularly.

I hate losing that length too, but you'd be surprised how fast it grows back after you get the split ends cut off.(: I hope this helps.

How do you prefer to tie up the hair before going to sleep?!

Try not to wash your hair every day. dry shampoo will be your best friend and/or just pop your hair in to a bun. 2/3 times a week deep condition your hair. I like to use henna treatment wax and you put it on to dry hair at night and wash it off in the morning with shampoo and conditioner. avoid using heat on it.

I went from just below my shoulder to this length. In about 6 months. I don't put shampoo on the ends of my hair & don't conditions my roots unless it's a mask and it slap on the henna wax like there is no tomorrow. get it trimmed but if you do this your hair will feel great and you won't have to worry about getting it cut.
