How can I get my eyelashes to hold a curl? I've tried the spoon, the curler, and rubbing my hands together and doing it that way but the curl never holds, they go back to being flat and pointed downwards
I love the look of curled lashes does anybody have any techniques for me to try? Thanks!

I heard that heating your eyelash curler with your hair dryer for a while then curling them makes the curl stay longer. I've never tried it because I don't curl my eyelashes but it seems like it would work.

Make sure your lashes are completely dry & free of any products. Curl the base of lashes first, hold for 5 secs, then curl at mid lash, hold for 3 secs. Some people will curl the tips, hold for 1 1/2 secs. Then use waterproof mascara. Waterproof holds a curl better then regular mascara. experiment with how long you hold down the curler if you don't get enough curl. Try not to curl lashes that already has mascara on it. And make sure the rubber strip on the curler is clean & not too hard & old.
