Help! Brush questions.

I just bought the Body Shop Extra Virgin Minerals cream foundation, and I have no idea how to apply it and which type of brush to use. Also, I received this free brush. It's quite flat and wide, but I don't know what to use it for.

For a cream foundations, I like a stippling brush, you could also use a flat top brush. Try the elf small stipple brush (it may take a little while to get a flawless finish, just take your time). Maybe you could use a buffing brush as well :)
