The past week or so, my skin was getting so bad. I have combination dry skin and it's sensitive. I have permanent redness on my cheeks. I barely break out. But recently, my skin has been so bad: clogged pores, breakouts, enlarged pores.
I had no clue what was going on, but then I realized it must be my foundation, which is loreal tru match foundation. I don't think the foundation is breaking me out, I think that since I'd wear foundation on hot days, my skin couldn't breathe and I would get oily.
I've seen recently here on beautylish that a lot of girls are going without wearing makeup or doing minimal makeup, and I've been doing that for the past 2 days. Already, I see that my skin has improved. The breakouts have shrunk significantly.
The whole point of this post is to ask you girls who are doing the no makeup challenge is:
• how long have you gone without wearing a full face of makeup?
• how has your skin reacted? positive things? negative things?
• how long do you want to wear no makeup?
have a good night, I hope many of you answer this 😘

I have gone without makeup for like a week or so is the most and my foundation is actually finishing so once it's finished completely I'm probs not going to wear any makeup for the whole summer and work on my acne even though it isn't terrible acne it still bugs me so yeah.

•I only wear foundation 3 times a week for the past month, before that I never wore any.
•I only get a 2 pimples a month, if any.
•I can go without makeup but I mainly choose mascara and eyeliner.

1. Well, I didn't start wearing it until I was 20, so does the 19 years prior to that count? I don't wear makeup every day or even every other day. I can go a full week if not months without putting anything on my face with no pro elm.
- My skin will break out if I use something it doesn't like (Garnier BB Cream and Smashbox BB Cream I'm looking at you), but other then that everything's pretty normal and dry.
- I mean...I like doing my eyes and I don't wear foundation as is, just a BB cream. And because I don't wear even that all the time I can't give a 'not wear' period because 80% of the time there's nothing on my face.

-I've been doing the no makeup challenge for 3 days now. I plan to end it tomorrow. That's the longest I've gone all year.
-my skin was doing very well. Clearing up but then I started drinking soda so that made it break out today
-I personally like wearing my makeup and I don't want to go without it. Not because I'm insecure or anything. I honestly look the same without it. But I just miss being able to get up in the morning and have that creative outlet. Doing no makeup, just limits my daily dose of self expression. I feel like something's missing without it

- almost 3 weeks. I only wear a full face of makeup when I work (3x a week, I'm a cosmetician)
- my skin is usually the same, I always clean the makeup off well after. But I notice that when I don't wear makeup for a while it feels very nice.
- I love wearing makeup and I love not wearing it. I plan on wearing it just whenever I feel like it. :-)

Honestly I've went months with out wearing a full face of makeup. Some day I don't even wear makeup but on other day all I will do is put on a coat of mascara.
I don't even wear foundation at all because my skin has gotton so clear. and I've realised when I do wear foundation my skin wount look nice when I take it off. And that's for any foundation that I've used. I think my skin has reacted very well to wearing no face makeup.

I have always worn a little bit of makeup here and there but nothing too serious. I'm actually just starting to get into makeup. But even though I'm asolutely obsessing over it, I only actually wear a face full of it maybe a few times a week. I'm lucky - have no obligations generally that get me out of the house consistently. (Maybe then I would wear it more.) So I don't really have any good advice for what it's been like not wearing makeup, but perhaps I will have some insight on what really happens when you start wearing foundation and whatnot addictively.
