What colour are you using? I would suggest trying a lighter colour or trying a pencil.

I know what you mean. I use the pomade just to lightly outline my brows & extend my tail to create the shape. But I FILL in with either the Brow Wiz or my Urban Decay or Napoleon Perdis Brow Powder Kit.

I have the same problem Erin. My eyebrows are always so dark!! I use the Anastasia Pomade in dark brown. I started using a lighter hand and it's a tat bit better but I will probably start doing what Marlene does outline only an use another product to fill in.

Have you thought about tinting your eyebrows? I use to try to do my eyebrows with all sorts but it never look natural! (I have very pale skin but dark hair and my eyebrows naturally are a lightish blonde and it never ever looked right!) I now tint my brows every 4-8 weeks its fab! Saves so much time and money in the long run.

A light hand is important, I've done natural brows using the Dipbrow pomade in ebony and dipping it in a matte black shadow. So it's not impossible.. Just need a light hand.
For a natural brow using the pomade just outline your arch and tail. Wipe off a bit of the product to your liking... and then softly brush upwards. Brush them out to help as well.

Literally have a little little product on the brush when you go to apply and do super light brush strokes. Remember it's always going to be easier to add product then take away. Less is better. And be angelic with strokes...lol the perf natural makeup always looks angelic hope this helped.

I have two tips. I have the ebony and I can make it look light:
-place the product on the tail only and grab a clean brush and use it to pull the product toward the front. Also, use a spooly to lighten it
-line your brows under neath with product, wipe clean the brush then disperse the product through the brows
