Sephora disaster help

Hi beauties so I went to sephora like two weeks ago to finally try the kat von d foundation well the lady who tried to find my shade was really rude to me and gave me a foundation that was too.dark and made me look red is there another way to find out what shade I am without having to make another drive and to deal with rudeness also I wear a caramel color in Revlon photoready.

I know this isn't answering your question. But remember you can return use products at sephora. Full credit with receipt, store credit without receipt.

I guess it just depends on the single person, it might have been a bad day for her but it's no excuse to treat you like that! Today, on the other hand, I had a super sweet girl helping me at Sephora, and people at the counter in italy are normally super rude because they aren't paid on commission!
Anyway, all of these girls are correct and if you don't want to see that lady anymore you can also do an online return.

This may be bad but my mom bought the mufe foundation and she's gotten it a few times but only paid once for it because shell go and exchange hers when its three quarters gone lol its bad but hey makeup is expensive! lol.

I was definitely going to complain. when I walked in the girls were like you're so pretty I love your curly hair and skin tone and she threw shade at me I tried to ignore her then but she just kept being rude
