Well, I don't know about the redness around your cheeks & brows, but I too have red bumps on my legs & arms. I found that moisturizing at least once a day really helped with that. I usually try to moisturize twice a day tho.
I personally use Aveeno Skin Relief moisturizer. definitely available in Canadian Drugstores (:

I'm pretty sure its KP, & the only thing that worked for me, was exfoliating & using a good moisturizer. I use Gold Bond Ultimate moisturizer & exfoliate with Dial soap. Hope this helps :)

If it's KP, go to a dermatologist. It's a super easy referral and they will give you a cream made for KP (it smells super gross in the bottle, but it doesn't smell once it's in your skin) that's the only thing that's helped me. Also eureocin creams are the only ones I use on the back of my arms (and the rest of my body too, but the KP is mostly on the backs of my arms so I make sure to only use eureocin) the dermatologist I went to said that the brand originally started out as a medicinal lotion brand for skin diseases like KP. I like the original redness soothing lotion.

You need something that chemically exfoliates I believe? to get rid of the KP. There's a brand DermaDr that makes a product KP Duty. I think there's lotions and scrubs they sell under the KP Duty name. I had a sample of the lotion, it seemed to work very well, however it's very thick. I don't think I could personally stand to apply it in summer. It's very humid where I live.
I also find Lush's Ocean Salt scrub helps and CeraVe SA, specifically the "SA" kind, help too but not with the same results.
The facial redness could be rosacea. I've got that too. :(
That's a different monster and you CANNOT fight it the same way. Rosacea requires TLC. Products with calming ingredients. Honestly, I mostly control my rosacea through diet and makeup. I eat a lot less things that cause me to flare up and I cover it if it's really bothering me, but that's rarely. I did just get an rx for Metrogel, and I'm trying to use it but I haven't been managing my morning time very well, and end up just throwing one lotion everywhere. I never found anything non-rx that helped that much, once I stopped drinking so much red wine (heh heh) mine calmed down a lot. Rosacea has the lamest triggers, it's the same with hot flashes!- chocolate, red wine, sugar, heat, etc. so basically have no fun and sit in a corner ;)

I have KP pretty bad on my arms. I seriously never wear sleeveless because of it. I find that a heavy duty exfoliation two to three times a week helps like crazy. I use Tree Huts sugar scrub. its very coarse and works well. I also need to moisturize everyday morning and night. I'll for sure be checking out this KP Duty stuff though.

I have keratosis Pilaris also exfoliating using AHA body wash and body gloves on my Arms and using a glycolic acid cream like Kp Duty or Amlactin keeps it away ,for your face you could have rosacea or just facial redness which needs to be determined by a dermatologist,if it's rosacea you can use tropical creams for it you also need to find out what your triggers are ,spicy food ,sun exposure, sugar ,and a lot of other things flare up rosacea, they also make a new cream for rosacea called Proseaca sold OTC,if it's facial redness treat the skin with calming ingredients like Aloe, feverfew, willowbark, oatmeal and calendula and antioxidants you can find serums with these ingredients ,you also want to never use water that is to hot and use spf daily and reapply often.
