For college... you could find a bb cream that works best for you. and a trusted sunscreen can go a long way.
for eyes...I loved to experiment with eyeliner colors..or just tightline with white.. but my eyelash curler was my fav indulgence. just that would be my go-to most days.

Looks great I do the same n keep it simple but if I have extra time to get ready I'll do a winged liner - otherwise since you are doing your eyes very simple you can try a bold lip color to look more polished without spending a lot of time on your look.

Literally, all I would add to your look is a little concealer for your under eyes and some mascara.
