So I'm on my own little mission to go blonde. My simple question is.. What can I do to go blonde relatively quickly? I've already had a full head of foils. Is there anything I can do this time to go fully blonde?
Thanks x
First photo is of the colour I want to go
Second is my hair now

I'd probably do two bleaches (wait a week or two between them) with 20vol peroxide; I say 20 because if you aren't that experienced with bleach I wouldn't recommend anything higher. Just to be on the safe side, I think after that though your hair would be similar to this shade after some toning :)

I'm not wanting to do it at home. I'll be going to a hairdresser. What do I tell them to do?? Just bleach it? Will it really badly damage my hair?

Oh well that's good then, heaps less stress on your end haha :) I'd take a picture of what you want and ask them to bleach it and if they say it needs to be done twice they'll probably tell you to come back in a month and have it done again. Depending on what developer they use it may or may not be that colour after one process :)

I wanted my hair that colour, my hair dresser said she didnt even want to try to atempt that because I have long healthy hair just like you and she said it would screw it all up.

Tell your hair dressee that you want your hair blonde. Ask her to figure out if you are naturally a warm or cool haired person so you don't get a bad shade of blonde(:

If you're going to a hairdresser, just show them this picture. They will either advise you not to because it will damage you hair horribly after they examine your hair or will proceed with the service if your hair is in good enough condition.

Your hair is already lovely, but I would just tell the hairdresser what you want and trust them - they know what they're doing :)

Thanks ladies :) last time I went they recommended that I keep doing foils until I reach the desired colour (it just takes forever and costs hundreds). Will ask about bleaching next time :) x

I'm a hairdresser, trust me it's not easy I wouldn't have it bleached twice and I'd leave it a good couple of weeks between bleaches. If they do end up getting you that blonde, it will be damaged.

Thanks jadee :) sorry what do you mean by "bleached twice"? Do you mean on the same day or bleach twice ever?
Are highlights the healthier way to go? I've been waiting 8 weeks to get it done again.
