Does anyone know the best shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner and oil/ hair grease to use on relaxed African American hair.
I need it to promoted hair growth, moisturize dry hair and stop breakage.
My hair is truly damaged but I am not transitioning to natural I just need to work on making my hair healthier.
I am also looking for suggestions on a stable routine in regards how often and in what order to wash, deep condition, hot oil and protein treatments.
Please please please help!! I'm completely clueless.
Thank you in advance!

Seriously, the best way would be to go natural. I relaxed my hair ONCE and cut it like P!nk. It was hot, until the roots started growing out, and I was too scared for my hair to get damaged for me to relax it second time.
I went natural, and now my hair is wayyyy longer than it was before I relaxed it last year

I agree with Janet. Its been years since my hair last saw a relaxer and even though my hair grows regardless of what I do it once I left the creamy crack alone my hair grew like a weed. When my hair is stretched it reaches to the middle of my butt. As far as products to assist you with now the hair care line Silk Elements is pretty good. They have line that addresses those who relax. I do believe it does have a light oil hair dress as well. You can pick it up at Sally's Beauty Supply and its often put on sale.

Just be sure to stay on top of trims to take care of the damaged ends. That was a major battle for me when using relaxer. And whatever you do...don't reach for the pink oil. I forgot the actual name of that stuff but oh my word...its a pain to remove the buildup and it attracts so much dirt to the hair and scalp. I don't know what your current length is but be sure to wrap your hair up every night...even if beat tired because it will reduce further damage and wrap it up with a silk scarf. Be careful with the protein paks...too much of good thing can be bad for the hair so keep usage to once a month and a deep conditioner once a week.
