Anyone know how to do cat eye/winged liner with liquid eyeliner? Also, I need to know how to apply upper eyeliner?

Liquid with a brush or felt tip? A brush, I think is slightly more difficult. A felt tip, you can just thinly go right across your upper lash line, keeping it tapered towards your inner corner and thicker at the end. When you get to the tail create a line from the corner of your eye to your brow, stop at about the crease. Then from the top of that line bring another one down creating a triangle, I usually connect it to my lashline towards the outer portion of my pupil. Then fill in the wing.
To line your upper water line, there are a few ways to do it. When starting out, I would recommend holding your eyelashes against your browbone and lining with pencil. Once you get the hang of it you'll be able to do in like two swipes.
I hope this helped. :)

I hate liquid eyeliner. I use ELF Cream Eyeliner with an angled eyeliner. you can make super precise lines and it last forever without creasing!

I like using a pencil eyeliner first then going over it with a liquid eyeliner. Givenchy and Benefit have the most pigmented eyeliners ever! First, line your eye upper lash line and the outer half of your lower lash line. Follow your bottom lid with you finger and mark it with a dot.Connect the dot to your lower lid with a curved line. Follow your upper lash line and then, using your eyeliner, slant it up and out at the outer corners. Fill it in and go over it with a liquid liner.

Use tape on your outer corners. It helps a wholeeee lot. Slant the tape up the way you want the wing to go & follow the steps suggested above with the liquid liner. After its dry remove the tape.

Please be very very careful if u have to go the tape route!!! I suggest holding a folded in quarters Kleenex where you would put tape.. Make a line to follow with loose powder, white pencil, etc. then draw over and fill in- tape can damage that very delicate skin right there

A good trick is to use scotch tape. stick it on your clothes so it doesn't hurt you while taking it off. apply it kind of side ways then put liquid eyeliner or the creme (creme works best) TAKE OFF THE TAPE AND WHOOALA!! PERFECT CAT EYE! ! ♥ Hope this helps

Use tape! Type in on YouTube: how to use tape to create cat look or something along those lines. That way you will get the "sharp" look that is hard to do for first timers :)

Practice makes perfect! And even then, it's tough! Haha
I go for a 50s pin up inspired look on a daily basis and I still have trouble some mornings. Id suggest finding an eyeliner that you're comfortable using and agrees with your skin and then go for it. It doesn't really matter what kind of liner as long as you like it. And whenever you have extra time keep redoing the look until its almost second nature.
A huge tip that's helped me is tilting your head when you make the flick or "wing". Also try a smaller wing at first, it'll help tame your hands and keep it more even as you make them larger.
Keep in mind both wings will probably never be the same length, curve, etc. but most people never notice!
I love the tape idea though! I'll have to try it!

I struggle all the time so you're not alone lol. I defff use the tape idea from time to time. When i don't, i like to use gel liner with an angled liner brush. And if i mess up, i use a q-tip with makeup remover to clean up and fix mistakes (:

I definitely sucked at the beginning of the school year but i wear liquid like 2 times a month and i am pretty good at it now! Just go really slow at first and be careful, it was a pain in my butt to remove and reapply when i messed up, but it helped and payed off
