Clays are awsome... some have beautiful enzymes that exfoliate and speed up cell turn over. They sooth, decrease inflammation. Speed wound healing...
Clays are used in some very good oncology skin care lines. Like de la terre. Those undergoing cancer treatment have very reactive skin... and the cancer treatments cause systemic cell death. This particular line mentioned above is exceptional. If youve had success with clay masks in past, check them out.

LIE NUMBER ONE
topical products can not get rid of under eye bags...
Some may tighten skin for a few hour, if youre lucky
Under eye bags are caused by several factors... both internal and external.
If its something that comes and goes, its probably lymph. This can be drained through massage technique, with ultrasonic spatulas, cold hammers, some masks, facials
If your bags do not go away, they could be festons. This is the damage to the connective tissues that keep eye firm. Those who have unhealthy habbits are more prone to festons. Like smoking, drug use, drinking. Festons can not be treated, even plastic surgery does not have a 'fix' for them.
Undereye tips... stay hydrated... limit or cut salt from diet, use a good hyralonic serum and c serum, be gentle, healthy sleep, don't smoke, limit drug and alcohol intake
*note there are more causes and treatments... id have a short book if i listed all
