Rice flour, yogurt and a pinch of turmeric.. Apply for 15-20 min.. wash it off.. this can also be used as a scrub.

Beutiful... yes, great as an exfoliant. As it breaks down with use, and is not overly abrasive. Add rose water or first pressed, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil for a scrub. Be gentle... bi weekly us more then enough. Remove with hot towels. Then tone.

Rice flour is one of few granular exfoliants I'd ever recommend. We are taught to exfoliate too much... its thows natrural skin cycles out of whack, strips lipid barrier, and causes inflammation. Every two weeks is suitable. Specially mechicanical exfoliants. Oil cleanses are lovely ways to keep skin turning over, as are lactic cleaners.
