It helps to paint them white first, and as you dip them in the water lift them up as you do

This might be hard, but im gonna try it on my toes. Lol. I have tiny feet/toenails so im prolly gonna end up only doing my big toes then paint the others to match. I'll post a pic when im done if its not a disaster. :)
