How to get rid of lip bump :(

I don't know if this is in the right category, but I've been having this bump on my lip for a while & I don't know how to get rid of it. I can't pop it & sometimes it's really noticeable when I wear certain lipsticks. Any idea on how to get rid of it? Thank you!
