How to recognize acne?

I am not sure but I feel something on my face skin. I am not sure what is it dry patches or something like acne. They are very little a bit red spots. They are not very red just a little bit darker than my skin. Can it be acne? I am so worrying 😖

If you can You feel them then probably small bumps

My camera is awful. They are not dark. But there are quite a lot of them on my cheeks. That could be allergy too. I just don't know..

If you get a lot of pimples in a specific area.. so like, your face, chest, back. & not just little pimples, but quite large & painful ones.
