If I were you I'd adjust my eating habits instead of taking a pil.. I have no idea if it will help with your skin, but eating healthy certainly can't be bad for it, I think.

I take multi vitamins. And they don't give me acne they actually make my skin nicer. Everyone's different so maybe you will get acne from them but there's only one way to find out.

Oh whoa wait! I must warn you against taking vitamins unnecessarily, do you know which ones are you deficient of? My mum is a Doctor and she strictly PROHIBITS us from taking multi vitamins without knowing which ones we need. You must talk to a dermat or any other doctor first, if you show symptoms of deficiency, only then will they prescribe suitable vitamins and or minerals. Unnecessary intake of vitamins causes hypervitaminosis, not pretty. Please ladies, do not take your body for granted and do not give in to beauty grapevine easily.

I've had doctors recommend a multi esp for women because we lose so many vitamins around that time if month... Another really great idea is drinking a green juice, they make powders you can mix up and may be a little pricey but it's a great way to get those vitamins into your system :)
