So I've spent the past week in Hershey, PA. I've eaten a LOT of chocolate and really haven't worn makeup, Could it be because of the chocolate??!?

No it has been proven false and it is probably since you've been neglecting your face if you haven't been putting makeup on you probably haven't been washing it a often either, except in the shower. If you are at a hotel and are washing your face with that soap then that could be another reason.

The theory that chocolate makes you breakout is a myth, so it must be something else!

It's sugar. Sugar produces breakout. I know this because it happens to me. :(

I don't care if chocolate breaks me out (I know it doesn't. Just hormones. I only break out once a month or if I'm superrrr stressed) and even if it did, I'd still eat it. I really do not think it's the chocolate. So eat it anyway. Life is too short to not eat foods you enjoy.
