My entire life I have been biting the life out of my nails. so I finally decided to let them grow out. but the problem is I can't stop biting them :-(. I try to put nail polish on them but I bite through it. does anyone have anything to help me with my problem?!?!?!

There's a type of polish that gives off a bitter taste when you bite it! I can't think of the brand, but I'll google it!!

I used to do that and I finally got over it
what I did was put nail polish on or as soon as I relized it I'd do something with my hands
