Which do you prefer Urban Decay Primer potion or Too Face shadow insurance?
I personally buy both because I love them equally. When I run out of one I use the other as backup and then restock lol.

I have tried both and they both worked perfectly. In the end I decided to stick with UDPP because I felt that it made my brighter colors stand out more. :)

ELF's is great if you're working with neutrals but if you really want your e/s to punch people in the face with brightness, I love my Too Faced Shadow Insurance! UDPP was too heavy and didn't cut it for me. Plus depotting it was a pain and the product dried up shortly afterwards!

I have really oily lids and I thought that ELF didn't last nearly as long as UDPP. I also prefer UDPP to Too Faced because it has less of a scent

Urban Decay all the way! I was once told in a department store that was out of stock of UDPP that the two were more or less the same because they were both owned by the same company. I don't know whether there is any truth to that or if she was just trying to sell me the other product.
