This is a little bit silly question but what to do. I wash my skin before putting moisturizer but I was wondering should I put it on dry skin ( I mean without washing it ). So how to put it. On wet or dry or something else.

You can do either way. If you're washing your face and then applying the cream, you're sealing in the moisture that's already there from the water. if you do it while your skin is dry, the cream has to provide the moisture as well. does that make sense?
