I have big red pimples that really really hurt ): does anyone know the fastest way to get rid of them? Also they're pimples that you can't pop OUCH!!

Thy sound like cystic pimples. I highly suggest going to the dermatologist , they can evaluate your skin and give you a prescription that will help clear it up!

Sorry but cinnamon is no good it will only burn your skin and irritate it but I do suggest going to Dermatologist I used to have the same problem but my derm subscribed me tactuo and everything has changed hope I could help :D

I get those all the time! I use an Advil gel capsule, poke it open and use the gel inside. I also use Oxy acne medicated pads. They're like cotton pads soaked with acne medicine. About $5 at walmart. I press this onto the acne for 30 seconds, then put on aloe vera and a bandaid. This has worked really well for me.

Another thing you can do is try neosporin and polysporin. They are medicinal wound creams, found at the drugstore for about $7-$10/tube. It works to heal wounds/burns by drying out the skin and rebuilding new skin cells. This is great for acne that you've popped, as it also reduces scarring. I use a thick dab of this and tea tree oil on a bandaid overnight.

Unfortunately for cysts, masks don't really help get rid of them. Cinnamon/honey masks are great for prevention but not healing. Hope this helped! :)

I just put some toothpaste on mine n it went away in. That's what usually works for me cuz they dry out and go away. Mine was on the side of my nose and hurt.
