"Barely There" Waves Tutorial.

I've been seeing the "barely there" waves everywhere lately and I wanna try it on my hair but I'm not sure how! it looks like super loose waves with a kind of bed head look to it, but still polished. I think I can get the look with big rollers but I'm not sure. any tips?
