I have never been fond of fake lashes, but my lashes are impossible to work with. I am half filipina and although my lashes are long they don't curl AT ALL. I've tried every kind of method... warming my eyelash curler, different eyelash curlers, electric eyelash curlers, curling mascaras, curling 3 times a day... everything

Is it normal to wear false lashes every day? And is it much more of a hassle to do? I'm really contemplating trying it but I'm scared they won't last or will look too fake.

What do you guys think?

I wear them everyday. I use the "natural"looking ones for work and when I go out I use dramatic ones.

I have the same problem. My eyelashes are long and thick but too heavy to curl.

When I used to wear false eyelashes, id lose my own more on the days I wore them even if I used eye make up remover. I stopped using them because of that.

My lashes are so short, I feel like curling them and using a good mascara makes no difference. So I NEED to wear false lashes.

False lashes can also look natural. Just get the natural looking style, not the dramatic ones. One of my favorite natural looking lashes are Ardell Wispies.

Use eyeliner to help hide any glue you might see

I use #62 red cherry lashes everyday. The thing is I don't glue them the usual way. I put them underneath my lash line to make them look more natural. So it looks like they grow like that lol it's hard to get used to in the beginning but well worth it

A good trick is using about 2-3 different types of mascaras it really gives that dramatic effect the false eyelashes gives you. (:

Im half filipina also and use falsies everyday. My favorite is Red Cherry #43 very similar to Ardell demi wispies. Its much easier than globbing loads of mascara on to me

I wore them everyday till I got a job in catering. It's so much easier than sitting for ages with a mascara wand trying to get them perfect!!

Yes it's been a long road of attempts for me. Even thought of perming them but didn't want to take the risk!! So I have some ardell lashes and lash grip. How do you guys prefer to apply the glue? To the eye, the fake lashes or both?

I put a little blob of the glue on the back of my hand and sort of run the edge of the lashes through it. You don't need much though just enough to coat it lightly. Good luck.

I say go for wearing lashes regularly! I think its cheesey when people have big dramatic lashes on daily, but everyone has given suggestions for great looking daily lashes that I love! I don't have great lashes, so in high school I wore the individual lashes everyday.. which wasn't too hard or time consuming after practicing. But now, years later, I'm out of practice so I'll throw on natural looking ones on a normal day instead.

I usually take the lashes out of the plastic packaging, close it back up, and put a dab of glue right on top of the lash packaging. That's where I'll lightly dab the lashes in the glue and drag it out so the glue gets all over the base of the lashes.

I use fake lashes everyday and I would recommend kiss lashes they are good quality and pretty cheap you can get them at most drugstores
