Elf cosmetics has a stippling brush for 3 bucks that works awesome!

I have a blender, didn't try it and I use the stippling for my foundation it's by elf! I probably should invest in another one lol.

Lol yeah I use to use the elf flat top powder brush for my foundation and the stippling brush for my cream products.

You should get the elf small stippling brush, it like the large one, just smaller. its better for a precise application.
