I figure skate very often and what I feel most comfortable but still stylish is an oversized hoodie, black leggings, sometimes an infinite scarf, long thick wool socks, and the fingerless gloves. I also put my hair up In a sock bun too. :)

Leggings and an oversized jumper, anything else too heavy will make you uncomfortable while you're trying to skate :)

Well where I live that's what most girls wear whilst casually going ice skating with friends. Whenever I've gone skating I wear comfortable clothes, not clothes I'm going to be fixing or that're heavy. I also used to figure skate from when I was 6-14 and know what the 'pros' like to wear. No offense.
