Super straight thick hair! I need curling tips and help!

My hair is soooo straight and thick! It is nearly impossible to curl! I feel like I'm repeating myself by having to wear it straight every day, so I wanted to know if anyone has any ideas or tips for curling 😁

I agree with the girls, flexi rods are so effective, I also sometimes twist my hair when its wet and leave it overnight, in the morning I get really pretty loose curls that last the whole day
