Are there any lotions or ways that get you smooth and creamy skin? I have seen some models who are considered to have skin like that and I just love how pretty it is, it is so pale and doll-like. if this even makes sense
I feel like my skin looks way too rough and not just pretty enough for that, is there any way to achieve skin that is considered 'porcelain' or are we just born with it?

Well part of it is genetics but you might be able to achieve a sort of it if you stick to the right skin care that is good for you and staying out of the sun and when outside using a lot of Sun block. good luck :)

Exfoliate and moisturize. I use sea salt to exfoliate and extra virgin coconut oil to moisturize

And remember that these models absolutely have been photoshopped. Even their skin is not perfect.

This is funny cause I have to buy the shade porcelain when shopping for foundation and I hate it cause I have no where near porcelain skin! I got freckles and a scar and blemishes ugh but I wish I was tan like a nice tan.

Well you could try following these tips.. First of all it makes sense to start with a fresh clean base. So you wanna make sure your skin is clean, fresh, and healthy! Acne and blemish free as possible. So find a good skin treatment. I love using the new proactive+system (even tho some girls don't like it, it works wonders for me) and I also love my green mint julep masks that I use a couple times a week to clean out my pores. I also exfoliate everyday (some skin types can't handle everyday so it just depends) and moisturize! :) then find a good primer base! A really good cheap one for creating a completely flat base is "loreal- foundation primer" (the one in the little jar) then apply your foundation! I love using the Tarte-amazon clay foundation because it's a little bit thicker, it's moisturizing, and the color stays perfect! And you can use a little extra in areas that need a little more coverage. Then I use a little brushover of my bareminerals loose powder foundation. Then I fill in my eyebrows, blush, and eyemakeup. Finish with a mineral veil and setting spray! :) just make sure you have an awesome skin treatment regimen :)

Sell your soul to satan. Honestly as someone who has pretty bad acne but has fair skin it's mainly just exfoliation and makeup to make me look better. When I don't have much to cover I use manic panics liquid foundation in Virgin snow which is just white and it sheers out to color correct anything wrong with my skin. I also use Ben nye concealer. I set it all with Cory air-spun powder.
For skin care it's all individualized so I would suggest checking out Asian makeup brands since they are known for wanting to have a doll like skin tone.
