In December I read Heroine was going to be made a permanent item and would be in stores Jan.6th. The only dupe I know of is Maybelline Brazen Berry.

Did you see I listed the revlon matte lip balm, color shameless. its $6.50 at Walmart or target.com
black radiance has an orchid that similar but its a bit lighter than heroine. its $2 at Walmart but again, not as deep.
