Go get Damage Remedy Daily hair repair from Aveda. It is amazing: puts protein back in your hair and is a heat protectant. Also, try to straiten your hair every other day vs every day.

I love putting coconut oil in my hair after I get out of the shower. But don't use a lot, alittle goes along way. Your hair will be soft, healthy and shiny in no time(:

Vo5 hot oil treatments also work for moisture, and mayonnaise makes hair soft, shiny, and silky. Apply it for about 30 minutes as often as you'd like then shampoo afterward.
