This sounds strange, but have any of you heard of oil pulling? for your teeth? I've read a lot of blogs raving about it... has anyone tried it?
on a more related note, I love coconut oil for my face and use it a lot in my girls' hair.. they're swimmers, and it's helped restore moisture in their curls!

I love coconut oil, I use it for everything! It takes off waterproof makeup and feels so good on your skin after you shower to lock in the moisture. I also use it in my hair for a deep conditioning treatment and also on the ends of my hair after I blow dry it just to add some moisture and shine back into it. It doesn't make my hair greasy as long as I keep it on the ends unless I'm doing a hair mask.

Just an added note. just dyes my hair tonight and even with the little conditioned treatment it came with, my hair felt a bit dry. So I worked in coconut oil and now it's soft as silk
