I agree with the nail growth polish, you can find it at any drugstore and It worked very well for me when I was biting my nails also, I'd suggest putting a layer of the nail growth polish on then one of your favourite colours, try that for a week or two and you'll see a big difference in length :)

I forget what she bought, my mom used to bite her nails horribly and she painted her nails with polish that tastes awful so it forces you to stop biting and grows them out

For the biting you can try putting vinegar on your fingers. It's smelly but that helps. The scent repels even you Haha. All jokes aside though I use the clear polishes that have vitamin e in them. It helps strengthen and grow your nails. I got some from the dollar store its amazing. I usually put clear coat over it to keep it on longer and protect it, lasts a few extra days while I am at work. You can also get lotion with vitamin e in it for your hands, it helps soften your cuticles and that may help your nails a bit also! Good luck with your nails sweety!

Not really I would just stick to a sheer iridescent polish until your nails grow out x

I wouldn't suggest the bad tasting polish, I tried that to begin with and all it did was get on everything I tried to eat and made food taste as bad as my nails did, also you get used to it after a week or so and the flavour won't bother you like it did the first time you tried it.

Well I don't know any polish but I got acrylic nails and mine grew out extremely fast.
