I just use my finger and I use that same concealer. If I have a bad blemish I might have to get my small concealer brush.

You can use a variety of brushes & sponges, as well as your fingers. it really depends on the finish you want & what kind of product you use. each will look a little different.

I use a concealer brush 1st to apply an even, thin layer, then use my finger to smoosh and blend into the skin. For me, applying it straight from my fingers gives can give me too much upon initial application. Taking off too much is harder than just applying a little more.

Also, I've used that Boing concealer before and did not find it ideal for under the eyes. Preferred it more for facial discoloration due to its drier, thicker texture.
