Make up has always been something that I really love. But I haven't started so long ago. Last year, I was a girl that would only put mascara and go out.
Anyway. I can do my face (good foundation etc..), my lips but when it comes to my eyes OMGG!! The only thing I can do is a winged eyeliner. Whenever I put eyeshadow, it looks like a mess... I don't know what to do. "Practice makes perfect" but do you have any tips on how I could improve myself? Any eye make up look I could start with? And also a brush sets for beginners...
Thank you ðŸ’•

YouTube tutorials honestly. Just sit, watch, take notes, and try. I don't know if you're looking for high end but if you want something to play in Coastal Scents has a 252 color palette for $25 I think, but it is an online site. Some people like ELF, found in Target, but I personally can't stand the brand as it's chalky and my palettes are never pigmented. Wet n Wild eyeshadows, found at CVS, are supposes to be good as well.

Now for brush sets you can start off with something cheap, like Sonia Kashick (or how ever it's spelled but it's at Target) or Real Techniques, or go ahead and pay for something that's really going to last you and has good quality like Sigma (which sells sets) or even buying individual MAC brushes.

I agree, youtube channels can be awesome but you still need to practice by yourself.. nobody got anywhere by just watching :) so I recommend you start off with neutral colours and practice whenever you have time :)

Buy about 3 crease brushes, one flat shader brush and one pencil brush. Apply the eyeshadow with the crease brushes, you'll be blending as you go. If you feel like you want to pack on the colour then apply it with the flat shader brush. Keep one of the crease brushes without any product on it so you can easily blend all the colours together, one for lighter shades and one for darker shades. Remember to always tap the excess off the brush before you apply it. Practice with neutral colours and then work your way up to darker colours when you feel more confident. :) Hope this helps you x
