Doesn't look plain to me, looks really good! But if you want to spice it up a little add eyeliner on the water line, really that's all I can think of. You have such pretty eyes!

Overall I think you did a very nice job... I think you should keep you foundation because it looks very good. Adressing blush, I like the color and I like how it is soft and barely noticeable, if you wanted to make it stand out more just build it up, apply two coats... Personally I also like that your eyebrows are very natural... I say keep them that way unless you are unhappy with them...
I feel like you accomplished a natural feminine looks that showed of your features very well. If I had one suggestion it would be to lightly contour, just to accent your bone structure because it is lively, but you don't really need it.

Oh I just saw that you don't wear foundation, and that's amazing because your skin is flawless... If you want drugstore I reccommend, Revlon colorstay... If you want high end, I personally suggest, lorac cc cream or makeup forever he foundation or some thing along those lines...
