The ELF one Jacqlyn mentioned is great and best value for money but abd can be found at Kmart. If you're from Australia the Australis branded setting spray is great too and quite cheap.

Fix + is not really a setting spray. I don't think it counts as a finishing spray either. I like the nyx sprays and the urban decay ones are good for some and not for others, personally, de-slick spray worked for me. Skindinavia does have good setting sprays too. Model in the bottle is also a more heavy duty spray.
