So I recently got this but I have a question. I have dark circles under my eyes should I cover with concealer then use the pen? If just. The pen? I don't want to highlight the circles just which I feel I would be doing if you only use the pen. But. If I use both I feel it's too much.

I've got bad circles under my eyes so I stay well away from highlighter under there because I'm very paranoid about drawing any attention to them but I'm sure if you conceal them first it'll look pretty. Otherwise just avoid there and highlight the cheekbones, nose, chin,
Cupids bow, forehead.

Try MAC pro longwear concealer. It doesn't crease and covers up things really well.

Your exactly right about highlighting the dark bags. This is what has worked for me. Pixi Correcting Concealer in Brightening Peach, Hard Candy Glamoflauge. Both can be found at Target, very affordable and work. After foundation apply the peach concealer with concealer brush using triangle method. Start at inner corner, down side of nose, up toward end of eye, then across bottom of eye, use fluffy concealer brush to blend. Then using glamoflauge appky using same method and blend. Apply setting powder. A little goes a long way with the Glamoflauge. Hope this helps!

Regarding the highlighting pen you can use it in corners by tear duct and up blend with concealer fluffy brush.
