I moisturize and exfoliate and use an acne treatment but my face is still red and dry, also my t zone is always flakey. I wash my face every day, moisturize twice a day, and exfoliate every other day. I need help with te dryness and the redness, my face has always been red so its not caused by the exfoliating.

I also have a lot of rednesa in my face and I use a green colour corector after my primer and before my foundation. You can also use a green concealer if you have certain red spots or a green bb cream! because green is on the other side of the colour wheel it blocks the redness from showing through :)

Be sure to use products that cater to your skin type.
Be sure when exfoliating you are gentle to your skin. You can even lessen it to 2-3 times per week.
Be sure your acne treatment isnt too strong for your skin.
I use a dab of pure olive oil for redness and it works great for me.

I say go to a dermatologist. It will help a lot. Everyone has different skin tips and what may work for once person will not work for you.

I got prescribed to accutane and it worked wonders but usually they try tropical creams and antibiotics. Moisturize with cream in a tub!

You may probably need to switch up your whole entire face products. I have acne also and I'll name a list of products that are good to use. Plus I have sensitive skin.
For cleanser I use the Cetaphil face wash. Extremely gentle and won't irritate your skin.
For Toner I use the Mario Badesue, Its a really great toner with aloe Vera so it will make your face smooth and soft, Kind of pricy But you can always buy a good one at a drugstore like Simple products, they make great face products like their toner.
For my acne I use the Neutrogena benzol peroxide acne treatment.
Since you do have dry skin I really suggest you buying this drug store moisturizer called Ponds Dry skin cream, extremely moisturizing.
And you can always put a mask on once in a while, it'll help the redness.
Hope this helps Christina(:
