What's the best way to use them? like overnight,with wet hair, best method etc..?? are they good for shoulder length hair? thanks.

I hear they work great on damp hair sleeping with them in over night. They are perfectly fine for shoulder length hair.

You want almost dry hair and wind them up to the top of the hair and bend them into a 6 shape.
