You don't need yo wear makeup just cause every one else does,

but if you want to start ,
You could go for a

tinted Moisturisure ,
or BB cream,
mascara maby eyeliner and a tinted balm

Here is the list of things a begginer needs to buy:
Some bag where you will keep your makeup.
For face
Moisturizer ( it is the first step) wait for 5 minutes and then apply
Primer, second step, wait for a minute and then put
Foundation or bb cream
For eyes
Eyeshadow primer than use
Eyeshadow ( pick colors you want and like) after that apply
Eyeliner, it is your choice, but maybe if you are a begginer it is better to try it later. And the final step is
Mascara
For lips
Lip balm will make your lips soft and after it you just need to put
Lip gloss or lipstick ( color depends on your taste)
For cheeks
Blush apply it to make your face natural
That is all a begginer needs :-)

The lightest tap of a coral blush on the outer sides of your cheeks.
A hint of brown eyeliner to the outer third corners of your bottom lash line.
A coat or two of brown lengthening mascara.
And a dab of revlons lip butter in "candy apple"
Oh! And a thin layer of translucent powder!
Not toooo much makeup, but just enough to enhance your already beautiful features! ❤

You can simply use eye liner and mascara because you have flawless skin so you don't need foundation...and your very pretty so you really don't necessarily need anything.

You don't need makeup tbh but;
use concealer to cover some spots and then put powder because it looks like your skin is a bit oily? (probably the lighting though)

I feel you don't need foundation or conceal or anything like that. Your beautiful without makeup. And your skin is pretty clear. So you DON't need that stuff.
If you really want to I would say just use eyeliner and mascara. Also maybe a lip balm or something like that.

You are so pretty! The only makeup I think you should wear is eye makeup to really make your eyes pop, and maybe some blush and lip gloss, and concealer if you need it (if you have blemishes or dark circles)...
