You could but I don't know if it is good for day make up.. but if you like it go for it and take a pic of yourself so we can see how it looks on you :)

My parents don't like me wearing heavy makeup like foundation and that. I wear clear mascara and pink lipgloss so I won't be doing this till I'm like 14 but I can do wings

If you are capable of doing it, then give it a try.

Me??! lol. I'm really bad with make up!! but it depends on each individual person. I'm a bold person and I would actually wear stuff like that

Unless it's done completely perfect, then no. Also if you're not done up from head to toe, no. Like you can't wear this with jeans and you can't go from only wearing mascara to something as advanced as this. It just won't be right. Try something like that but more wearable

If you are aloud then go for it but I would defiantly NOT recommend wearing this out of the house unless it is Halloween

No, unless you are really good with makeup and have the right eye shape and all of that, or it just won't look good. You also need the right products or it won't turn out right.

I would say do it! If you screw up oh well, if it's not perfect oh well, if you look like a clown oh well! Looking ridiculous and experimenting is part of make up and it's one of the best parts. I mean last night one of my eyebrows was silver the other was purple, I had blue blush, purple lips and it was fun. Makeup is not all about rules and being perfect just go for it. Also your age does not matter everyone has different ideas of what a (insert age here) should wear and to me neutral makeup can get boring doing it day after day.

I wouldnt recomend wearing it for proms etc. you would want a lighter more natural look otherwise it will look to OTT. this kind of look is more for photo shoot models not for everyday. especialy at your age. go for a really natural look. I think they always look best for everyone.

If you were me from the past, I would tell you don't do it. When I was younger I would wear neon pink and blue and thought I looked the coolest. Now looking back, I'm glad there are no photos because it just looked ridiculous. Unfortunately, the younger you are the less experience you probably have and the bold makeup (if not done properly) will make you look even younger, like you're playing.

No not really sorry.

You would need pigmented non creasing shadows and some really good blending brushes and brushes to pack colour and intensify the look, you look quite young and inexperienced so I would say well away.
