Why does this happen?!

Whenever I fake tan it never takes to the area around my mouth and leaves me with a white patch all around it! Why is this?!

Honestly I'm not sure. I don't spray tan but I do bed tans and I've found that some of my body parts take longer to tan or become irritated. I would try washing that area around your mouth and see if the white patches go away and maybe just apply make up to match. Also, ask your tanning place why does that happen because they should know way more than me on this and maybe they can give you some tips.

Do you exfoliate and apply moisturizer before applying your spray tan?

Yeah I do both! it just never takes to that area. hmm I guess ill just have to match it up with makeup like Meagan M suggested.
