Dark spot removal??

Can some one please help me with what to use on my face to remove dark spots.I am brown in complexion and equally need a good facial cream to make it smooth and soft.thanks.

There are a lot of forum topics with this same subject just look those up and see the suggestions - I would recommend vitamin c cream and exfoliation :)
