My lips are dry because of the winter season. I have tried many lip balms, aloe, & Vaseline but nothing makes a serious difference. Does anybody know the cure?!

If theyre flaky and dry then try a sugar scrub. I run my finger under water then dip it in sugar and scrub my lips. It gets the dead skin off and leaves them super soft! To keep them moisturized I use carmex. I rarely have chapped or dry lips anymore. :)
